Our Money Back Guarantee & Disclaimer

Our money-back guarantee is only valid if a product was damaged during shipping or was delivered with missing parts. For hygiene reasons, items such as skin-tight clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics/creams/oils are non-returnable.

Additionally, customer results may vary. We do not guarantee that the results described on our landing page will be the same for every customer, as outcomes can differ between individuals.

Please note that customs authorities may open packages for inspection to verify that the product matches its description. This process does not mean your product has been used or tampered with. As such, we are not responsible for packages opened due to customs inspections, and refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Please use our products only as directed on the packaging.

 If this is the case, please send us an email to information@noveliska.com. and we will assist you in returning the item.

 In the event that you wish to return your order, the return shipping costs are at your expense. However, you can also choose to keep the product and agree to a partial refund directly with our customer service representative. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your package to the address on the package. That is not an effective return address and will result in your package being lost, for which you will be responsible for the loss due to the incorrect address.

Please contact customer service and they will provide the address for your return.

You must obtain approval from customer service before returning the order.

Unauthorized returns and returns returned without the requested information will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to respond to your inquiry.

Refusal of delivery:

If a customer rejects the package upon delivery, an additional fee of €15 will be charged for further processing of the package and collection of the ordered goods. In addition, the customer must pay the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

Important:

If the return is consumer-initiated, the consumer is responsible for shipping fees based on the chosen courier. If due to the store’s error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), the store covers the shipping costs.
